Kevin: Thanks a lot. Oh great! It's some information regarding a trade fair in Germany next spring. My e-mail account has been acting up recently, so I asked them to fax it to me.
Kevin：謝啦！太好了！這是有關明年春天在德國的商展資訊。我的 e-mail 帳號最近老是出問題，所以我請他們傳真給我。
Debbie: I've been having problems receiving e-mails too!
Debbie：我也是一直有收 e-mail 收不到的問題！
Kevin: Lisa said that the problem should be fixed this week. You better have people fax you any important information until they have fixed the problem.

drop off 是可分的動詞片語，也就是說，off 是副詞，不是介系詞，如果要說明放在哪�，要另外加介系詞。

例：My e-mail account has been acting up recently.

例：My car has been acting up frequently since the car accident.
（從那次車禍之後，我的車就經常出問題。）
5. receive (v.) 接收
例：I've been having problems receiving e-mails too!
（我也是一直有收 e-mail 收不到的問題！）
例：Have you received my e-mail? I sent it this morning.
