Brian, giving a short orientation, takes Joyce to the General Affairs Department. He briefly tells Joyce the procedure for applying for necessary office supplies.

Brian：Good morning, Lisa. This is the newcomer of our sales team, Joyce Huang. Joyce, this is Lisa, the assistant of the General Affairs Department.
