Joe: Can't we just do it online? Santa has 1)elves…and we have a computer.
Mary: I guess so. But shopping online kind of takes the fun out of it.
Joe: That's a woman thing, Mary. Men 2)dread it for months. Now what's the 3)must-have this year?
Mary: Surprisingly, Elmo dolls are still on the hot list. And we never got Amy one last year.
Joe: That's because that 4)possessed woman 5)snatched the last one right out of your hands.
Mary: Yeah, that was a complete horror. I guess I'm on board for online shopping this year.
Joe: Good.
瑪莉：好啦，耶誕老人，該是趕快把耶誕節採買的事情做一做的時候了。
喬：我們不能在網路上買就好嗎？耶誕老人有精靈……而我們有電腦啊。
瑪莉：是沒錯啦，不過網路購物有點剝奪了血拼的樂趣。
喬：那是妳們女人愛做的事情，瑪莉。男人可會心驚膽戰好幾個月。今年有什麼必買品？
瑪莉：真令人意外，Elmo娃娃還在熱門排行榜上。而去年我們沒幫艾咪買到。
喬：都是因為那個瘋女人活生生把最後一個從妳手中搶走。
瑪莉：沒錯！那真令人毛骨悚然。我想今年我要在網路上買。
