| 老外想要表達「準備就緒，做好準備」時，除了最基本的「be ready for something,也常說be good to go，尤指「準備好要出發前往某地」。

| Kim: Is Sam all done with his part of the packing?
Ada: He's good to go with his old swimming trunks and fisherman's hat.
Kim: Guys have it so easy being satisfied with a 1)low-maintenance look.
Ada: That's what it seems like. Do you think I'll need a 2)portable beach umbrella?
Kim: That's a good idea. The sun is sure to be intense and the last thing you need is a painful 3)sunburn.
Ada: With all the 4)skimpy outfits I'll be wearing, I'm going to need all the protection I can get. Anything else?
Kim: I think that's about it. You're pretty much set for a 5)fabulous 6)getaway!
金：山姆那邊都打包好了嗎？
艾達：他只要帶著他那一百零一條泳褲和漁夫帽去就好了。
金：男生只要隨便穿穿就自得意滿了。
艾達：似乎是這樣沒錯。妳覺得我要帶一把可攜帶的海灘傘嗎？
金：這主意不錯。陽光一定很烈，而妳萬萬不想被太陽曬傷。
艾達：既然我會穿得那麼少，我會需要我能得到的一切防護。還有什麼要帶的？
金：我想差不多了。妳已經準備妥當，可以來場超級棒的旅行了耶！
