發放消費券(distribute consumption voucher)
一月18記得要去指定單位領取消費券(pick up vouchers at designated distribution centers)，如果那天有事無法到，也可以在二月7日到四月30日之間領取，逾期則自動喪失領取權利(automatically waive their right)。連三月前出生的中華民國小寶寶(babies registered as citizens of the Republic of China)也可以領取喔!!因為怕不肖歹徒製造偽券，內政部貼心設計防偽系統(security features to prevent counterfeiting)：梅花浮水印(watermark in the shape of plum blossom)。

今天是領消費券的日子。但是我一早就很忙，忙到晚上快八點才有空坐下來打開電腦，消費券就不用說了，當然沒空領。雖然我覺得這個政策遜到破表(債留子孫、發消費券衍生的大量支出)、發這個東西也可以好幾天失眠的官員蠢到爆炸，但消費券畢竟也是貨幣的一種，所以我還是會開開心心去領，也不會那麼無聊在鏡頭前把消費券撕掉。只是今天實在沒辦法(而且我也不想排好幾個小時的隊)，就之後再補領吧。
