Man:　That's great. I'll just need to run a 2)credit check before I can get back to you. Ashley:　This is for a one-year 3)lease, right? Man:　Yes. After that it becomes 4)month-to-month. Ashley:　And how much do we need to pay to move in? Man:　We require the first month's rent and a security deposit. Ashley:　I think we can cover that. I just hope we make the grade on the application! Man:　I don't think it'll be a problem.
