Vicky's watching a TV shopping channel and she's calling to buy something. Kevin answers the phone.
Kevin：Hello, this is Kevin. How can I help you today? - {very quickly}

Vicky：umm {thinking} Could you speak a little more slowly, please?

Kevin has received a sample from Vicky's company and decided to place an order. He's calling to give details about the order, and Vicky answers the phone.
Vicky：USB Corporation, how may I direct your call?
Vicky：USB 公司您好，請問要轉幾號分機？
Kevin：I'd like extension 686, please.
Kevin：請幫我轉分機 686。
Vicky：That would be my extension. May I ask who is calling?
Vicky：那是我的分機號碼。能請問您是哪位？
