Brian and Jocelyn are at the bus stop outside the airport. They are waiting for the shuttle bus.

Brian: How often do the shuttle buses come?
接駁車多久來一班啊？
Jocelyn: I made a call to the hotel before we got on the plane and the receptionist told me the buses come every 10 minutes.
我們上飛機前，我打了通電話到飯店去。櫃檯人員告訴我車子每十分鐘就來一班。
Brian: Oh, here one comes now! Lucky us!
喔，來了一台車！我們真幸運！

Driver: Good afternoon, which hotel are you bound for?
午安，你們要前往哪一家飯店呢？
Jocelyn: Twin Tower Hotel, please.
雙塔飯店，麻煩你。
Driver: O.K. Are you Miss White?
好的。您是Miss White嗎？
Jocelyn: Yes, I am. How did you know that?
是的，我是。你怎麼會知道這個？
Driver: The hotel manager told me you would arrive around this time.
飯店經理告訴我，您大概是在這時候會到達。
Jocelyn: Oh, how sweet it is!
哇，真貼心！
Driver: Absolutely! We aim to provide the best service.
當然！我們致力於提供最佳服務。
Jocelyn: Oops! We seem to be stuck in a traffic jam.
喔喔！我們好像被困在塞車車陣裡了。
Driver: The traffic here is heavy all the time; but don't worry, I'll get you to the hotel in 10 minutes.
這裡的交通一直都很繁忙；不過別擔心，我會在十分鐘內將你們送到飯店的。
Jocelyn: Oh, it's O.K. Please take your time. We're not in a hurry. Safety first!

重要字詞講解：1. receptionist (n.) 櫃檯人員
例：The receptionist told me the buses come every 10 minutes.
（櫃檯人員告訴我車子每十分鐘就來一次。）
例：A receptionists is a person whose job is to greet people.
（櫃檯人員就是以接待他人為職業的人。）
2. bound (adj.) 打算前往的
例：Good afternoon, which hotel are you bound for?
（午安，你們是要前往哪一個飯店呢？）
例：This train is bound for Beitou.
（本列車開往北投。）
3. absolutely (adv.) 完全正確
例：Absolutely! That's exactly what I mean.
（完全正確！我就是那個意思。）
例：You are absolutely right. I should have listened to you.
（你一點都沒說錯，我當初應該聽你的。）
※ 小叮嚀：
absolutely當「完全正確」解釋，是比較口語的說法，常用於對話當中。
4. aim (v.) 致力
例：We aim to provide the best service.
（我們致力於提供最佳服務。）
例：My brother aim at running his own company.
（我哥哥立志成立自己的公司。）
※ 小叮嚀：
aim後面如果要接努力的目標，可以用to加原形動詞，或at加現在分詞。
5. stick (v.) 困住；難住
例：We seem to be stuck in a traffic jam.
（我們好像被困在塞車車陣裡了。）
例：I got stuck over the problem of whether I should see her again.
（我陷入該不該再見她的難題之中。）
※ 小叮嚀：
stick當「困住；難住」解釋，是比較口語的用法，而且多用被動式。
