Lilian: This is our award-winning Fume Blanc. It's a 2)versatile white wine that displays the light and crisp flavors of grapefruit and lemongrass.
Mei: [Tasting] Mmmm. I like this. What kind of grape is it made from?
Lilian: It's from 100% sauvignon blanc grapes and is stored in three-year old French oak for four months.
Mei: The flavor 3)lingers on in your mouth.
Lilian: Yes, it has a long 4)finish. It's estate grown, which means we control everything from start to finish.
