Joyce: It's the lousy computer. It wasn't working again while I was talking to one of our clients this morning. It's about the third time this week.

Brian：Wow, have you informed the General Affairs Department?

Joyce: Yes, I informed them right away. They said they would send Ted to see what the problem is; however, I haven't seen him so far.

Brian：Let me see. Umm, it seems that you have a virus in your computer. Maybe you should tell Ted to update the firewall.
