Kelly works in the customer service department of the Taiwan Gadget Co., and she has just received a call from John Smith, a customer in Australia. He hasn't received the right order of artificial Christmas trees, and is quite upset about it.

John: This is John Smith from the Aussie Imports Company. I'm calling in regard to the order I placed with your company a couple of weeks ago.

Kelly: Oh! Was anything damaged?
Kelly：喔！是不是有損壞的貨物？
John: No! Everything arrived safe and sound. There was only one problem. You sent me the wrong Christmas trees!!!!! I ordered model number JB0601 and I received model number JB0610!!!!!
John：不是！所有物品都安全無恙的到達。只有一個問題。你們送錯了聖誕樹！我訂的是貨號 JB0601，但是我拿到的是貨號 JB0610！
Kelly: Oh, I'm terribly sorry to hear that.
Kelly：喔，我真的很抱歉。
John: The trees that you sent me are only three feet high! I ordered the six foot ones!
John：你們送過來給我的樹只有三呎高！我訂的是六呎高的！
Kelly: There must have been a typo when the salesperson took your order. I will make sure that the trees you want are sent out today. Please return the other ones to us by courier, and we'll pay for the shipping costs.

※ 小叮嚀：
by courier 是指藉由快遞的方式寄送，而 delivered by a courier 意思是東西被一位送快遞的人送達，二個片語意思不同。
