Ms. Katzen is a wealthy socialite who likes to always have the newest car in her neighborhood.
Sales: Hello, Ms. Katzen! This is Darryl from A1 Motors. I just wanted to let you know that we have a new Benz 1)convertible in that I think would really suit your style.
RH: Hello Darryl. I 2)appreciate the call, but the 2005 Benz S-540 that I bought from you is still running just fine.
Sales: I'm sure it is. But I should tell you that this is a 2008 model, and its styling is even more modern. Even more important, our 3)dealership has the only one available in the whole state.
RH: What color did you say it was?
Sales: The convertible is red, and it is 4)upholstered in 100% Italian leather.
RH: That sounds nice. What kind of stereo system does it have? I love to listen to classical music on the way to work.
Sales: It comes with an iPod 5)port and five 6)top-end Bose speakers. Believe me, it sounds 7)fantastic.
