Robert: I'm dead tired. I spent most of the night finishing up the user manuals for our new products. Robert：我快累死了。我花了整晚完成我們新產品的使用手冊。
Vicky: Are they ready to be translated? Vicky：那已經可以拿來翻譯了嗎？
Robert: Sure, here you go! You'll have your hands full for some time translating these. There are a lot of technical terms this time round. Robert：當然，你拿去吧！你得花一段時間忙著翻譯這些。這次有很多的專業術語。
Vicky: That's alright. I'm used to doing this kind of work. There aren't too many technical terms that I haven't already seen before. Vicky：沒關係。我已經習慣做這差事了。應該沒有太多專業術語是我之前沒看過的。
Robert: How long do you think it'll take you to finish them? Robert：你覺得這會花你多久時間去完成？
Vicky: Let me glance over them for a second. Mmm….maybe a couple of days. How soon do you need them? Vicky：讓我稍微看一下。嗯... 或許要兩、三天吧。你什麼時候要？
Robert: They should be completed before the end of the month, and then be sent off to the printers and ready to be shipped out by January 10th. Robert：應該是要在月底前完成，然後要送去印刷廠商那裡，一月十號前要運貨出去。
Vicky: That's plenty of time. I'll get started right away though! Vicky：那還有很長的時間呀。不過我馬上就會開始動工！
Robert: That's fantastic. Let's schedule another meeting for next Wednesday at the same time to check on your progress. Robert：那太好了。我們安排下禮拜三的這個時間再開一次會來確認一下你的進度吧。
